This brand seeks to answer a singular question: Why is ham not celebrated with the same reverence as Champagne, Caviar, or even Whisky? CORTEFINO introduces a revolutionary approach, redefining the category of Iberico ham and elevating the broader world of cured Hams. By showcasing its incomparable quality, CORTEFINO aspires to place 100% Pure Iberico ham from Jabugo at the pinnacle of global gastronomy.
At CORTEFINO, the commitment to excellence is reflected not only in the unrivalled quality of its products but also in the sophistication of its packaging and the unforgettable experience it offers to consumers. Every detail is meticulously crafted to embody luxury and refinement.
The vision for CORTEFINO was born in 2022, during a gastronomic dinner in Ibiza. Two friends, one Spanish and the other French, each with distinguished careers at iconic brands like Cartier, The Macallan, and Louis XIII, found themselves intrigued by a simple yet profound observation. While the sommelier eloquently detailed the nuances between Krug and Dom Pérignon, the waiter could only describe the Iberian ham being served as “Muy bueno.” without being capable to mention the brand he was serving.
This moment of contrast sparked an idea: Why should such an exquisite product lack the recognition and storytelling it so richly deserves? Inspired by this revelation, the two friends embarked on a mission to create a brand that would shine a spotlight on the unparalleled quality and elegance of Iberian ham. And thus, CORTEFINO was born—a brand dedicated to transforming the perception of ham into an emblem of prestige and sophistication.
